1. About these terms

These terms (“Terms”) apply to the use of aryandesignstudio.com (“the Site”) and any services provided by Aryan Design Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of the Site

You may view and use the Site for personal and business research, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to circumvent security, or scrape the Site for unauthorised purposes.

3. Engagements & project contracts

Specific engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (the “Project Agreement”) that defines scope, fees, timelines, deliverables and ownership. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a Project Agreement, the Project Agreement governs the engagement.

4. Quotes & payments

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Engagements typically begin on receipt of a deposit (commonly 50%) with the balance due on delivery, or in milestone payments for larger engagements. Late payments may incur reasonable interest as set out in the Project Agreement.

5. Revisions & scope

Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds, set in the Project Agreement. Additional revisions, scope additions or major direction changes are quoted and billed separately.

6. Ownership & rights

On full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables defined in the Project Agreement, for use as described therein. Working files, source assets, and third-party assets (e.g., licensed fonts) remain governed by their respective licences. We reserve the right to display the work in our portfolio and case studies unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA where required.

8. Cancellation

If you cancel a project after kickoff, the deposit is non-refundable. Work completed beyond the deposit will be invoiced based on time and scope completed at the point of cancellation.

9. Warranties & liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, the Site and any third-party content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid under that engagement.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.

11. Intellectual property of the Site

All content on the Site (text, design, code, images, logos) is owned by Aryan Design Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws. You may not reproduce or use Site content without our written permission, except for fair use such as brief quotations with attribution and a link.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local court.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects when. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
